Remote QA
Our Staff of experienced QA nurses deliver compliance driven review of all agency Oasis, Skilled Nurse Notes, Physician Orders, and 485/POC’s to assist your agency in maintaining regulatory compliance. We currently offer QA services for Kinnser. We also provide Remote QA services for agencies that utilize other software.
Authorizations
Our Staff of experienced authorization specialists are responsible for completing authorizations and referrals for our medical services. In addition to reviewing the medical history of potential patients, you will verify information provided by their referring physicians and their insurance coverage. They will also monitor the schedule for our add-on patients, ensuring there are no conflicts and we have the prior authorization we need to move forward with their appointment or procedure.
Intake Specialist
Our Intake Staff will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our home health services by managing the intake process for new patients. This includes gathering essential information, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a seamless transition for patients into our care.
