The OASIS/QA Review Nurse is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations to ensure that service delivery aligns with clinical quality benchmarks and adheres to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

QA review nurses are tasked with performing detailed audits of the CMS-485/Plan of Care to ensure congruence with the OASIS assessment and to verify adherence to applicable regulatory and clinical documentation standards.

QA nurse reviewers will evaluate skilled nurse notes to ensure they accurately reflect the OASIS assessment and are in line with the CMS 485/POC. ***Our QA nurses can also review Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Worker evaluations and notes

QA review nurses will perform a comparative analysis of the Physician Orders against the OASIS documentation and CMS-485 Plan of Care to verify visit frequency alignment and will generate supplemental orders as necessary.

Intake Coordinators facilitate the patient admission process by collecting essential information, verifying insurance coverage, and performing administrative support duties.

Authorization Specialists play a critical role in operational support by conducting verification of initial and continued payer authorizations and validating beneficiary eligibility for home health services in accordance with payer-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements
